Twice now, I've completed a side quest in Fallout: New Vegas, received a unique weapon, given that weapon to one of my companions and then had the weapon disappear completely from the game. Is there a way to get these weapons back? I'm playing the 360 version, so console shenanigans won't work.
Based on some behavior I just saw and explained in this answer, I have a new theory. I'm thinking that the weapon did degrade to the point where it broke, my companion tossed it aside and I didn't realize it. So, somewhere in my game world, there are two broken unique weapons sitting out in a hallway or a field, with no way for me to find them other than dumb luck.
Gehenna is a unique Shishkebab variant sold by Vendortron at the Gun Runners. Gehenna has the third-highest DAM of bladed melee weapons being only less than the Gun Runners' Arsenal variants of the Ripper and the Chainsaw. Gehenna has the highest DPS and a critical chance multiplier out of all bladed melee weapons in the DLC. Gehenna also does more fire damage than the typical Shishkebab as well as having a higher DAM and DPs than that of the normal Shishkebab.
This unique melee weapon is actually based on a fan-made short film and web series titled Fallout: Nuka Break which was based on Fallout: New Vegas. The Nuka-Breaker has the highest DAM and the highest DPS out of any blunt melee weapons in the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC. The Nuka-Breaker also has the highest critical chance multiplier and the highest critical hit damage for a blunt melee weapon in the DLC. This unique melee weapon is available at the Gun Runners from Vendortron as well as Mick from Mick and Ralph's in Freeside.
Esther is also a familiar weapon with most New Vegas fans. Esther is a unique Fat Man which is a mini-nuclear bomb launcher. A typical Fat Man deals 400 damage with an additional 600 explosive damage. Esther deals 75 more damage along with the 600 explosive damage, making Esther the highest damage dealing explosive projectile weapon in the game. Esther also has a higher DPS than a regular Fat Man. Just like most other Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC weapons, Esther is available from Vendortron at the Gun Runners.
Gauss Rifles in Fallout New Vegas are these incredibly powerful energy weapons that are capable of dealing 120 damage per shot. But the cost of inflicting this damage is pretty high, as each shot from these guns consumes five Microfusion Cells. The YCS/186 is a unique variation of this weapon that uses up 4 Microfusion Cells and deals 140 damage instead.
Scattered throughout the game are numerous unique items, including powerful armor, weapons, and utility items. Here's a guide to everything you should look out for and where to find it. Note that some of these items require picking locks, restarting generators, or other skills, so be sure to check out our tips and tricks and character building guides for advice on how to assemble an unstoppable squad. Assault weapons with large-capacity magazines have become the weapon of choice for assailants seeking to perpetrate mass casualty attacks for a reason. These uniquely dangerous firearms are equipped with features that facilitate mass shootings, and must be regulated accordingly.
In the absence of federal legislation regulating assault weapons, states must take it upon themselves to protect their residents from mass shootings by regulating or banning the sale and manufacture of these uniquely dangerous weapons.
The Holorifle combines a unique visual effect and damage unlike any other gun, making this pump-action energy weapon a solid choice. The base gun is useful, and it can be modified to improve stats further. A fully modified version alongside high Energy Weapons skill can be a powerful combination. It also uses one microfusion cell per shot, while other weapons using that ammo use four or five.
This unique Shishkebab variant can be purchased from the Gun Runners near Freeside. It has one of the highest damage stats for New Vegas bladed weapons. It also has the highest DPS and critical chance multiplier. 2ff7e9595c
